A member of the Craft Guild of Chefs and Master Chef since 2005, Stuart has over 37 years of experience in all aspects of catering. World travelled and knowledgeable, Stuart is looking forward to bringing a wide variety of dishes from across the globe to your table.

Amy Dening, Guest Services Manager

An Events Management graduate of Leeds Metropolitan University, Amy has 10 years experience of working within the hospitality sector. Prior to joining the team at 3 Albion Place, she was employed by a leading Yorkshire event management company and was responsible for the successful delivery of many high profile events across the county. The wealth of experience which Amy brings to her role as Guest Services Manager is invaluable and her professionalism, coupled with her friendly manner, will ensure that all events are delivered to the highest possible standard.

Bobby Gutierrez de Funes, Guest Services Manager

We are delighted to welcome Bobby on board. He has recently relocated to Leeds after having held senior management positions at several leading restaurants and hotels in London. Bobby's knowledge and high standards have been passed on to numerous students over the years in his role as a part time university lecturer, along with his considerable experience and utter professionalism, we are certain that our clients will appreciate his continental charm and happy disposition!
